"O hotel fica em cima de um PUB simpatico com pessoas simpaticas, mas me decepcione com o quarto e a classificação do hoteis.com, irreal para este hotel. O quarto era pequeno com uma decoração que o tornava escuro e parecendo sujo. Apesar da atenção das pessoas e do café da manhã, não voltaria."

"When we arrived, with luggage in tow, there was a sign to say push the “Ring” button at the back door to alert reception we were wanting to book in. No answer so I had to go in through the bar. The barman told the chap from reception that we had arrived. Upon checking in I asked if I could have 2 entry key cards, twice! Only received one. He seemed reluctant. "Room was small with no airflow BUT what made our stay was the exceptional staff in the pub. They were so very caring, friendly and addressed my daughter’s multiple allergies with ease. It was very rare experience that way. Would visit again"
