"My wife and I loved our hotel room, complimentary breakfast, roomy and clean bathroom and shower area, very comfortable, clean beds, very friendly and helpful staff all around from the front desk, house keeping, kitchen staff and the location is superb in that it is close to Peteosky, Bay Shore and downtown Charlevoix. So, I must whole heartedly recommend to everyone who wants to pick an excellent place to stay, it would be here."

"Check in was not explained properly in email. These are condos but have a hotel lobby that is open until 5. I was waiting for an email with an entry code that didn't come. Once I contacted them they did communicate quickly. Overall the room was clean but we found underwear in the bed sheets that weren't ours. They did appear clean and that they just got wrapped up in laundry but still not a good look. Jacuzzi was clean and worked properly. Cannot beat the location and they do have an...

Without a doubt this was one of my best winter get away. everything was perfect, staff was great and weather was well, winter ! After being blasted with almost 2 feet of snow the week before, everything was running as usual. Thanks for being on top...
