"Beautiful clean upstairs apartment with a private entrance. Very quiet neighborhood with a small park across the street. Karen, the homeowner who lives downstairs is a wonderful person. The place was perfect for what I needed amd the location was great."

"Great location and cozy studio."

"great stay just as advertised, a little pricey but worth it."

"I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room."

"Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. "

"Decent accommodations for the price. The pillows are pretty stiff and would have liked some more."

"Muito boa! Confortável, limpa e organizada. A host sempre muito solicita e atenciosa. Destaco dois pontos que podem ser um empecilho a alguém que queira se hospedar: 1ª localização: Necessidade de usar carro para se deslocar para outros lugares. 2 imóvel: Por ser um local um pouco fechado pode ser que pessoas com alergia (como é o meu caso) acabem sendo afetadas. "Apt was very clean, snacks and bottled water and coffee and hot chocolate and soda were provided. Located on a quiet residential street but near the hustle and bustle of Uniondale. Great hosts."

"The apartment overall is nice, and located in an area that is close to shops and dining. Listing photos are accurate, but as others have mentioned, this is not a "luxury" apartment. "
