"The American boutique Inn was an adorable property right in the heart of Mackinaw city Michigan. It was an easy walk to the fort, several beaches, and downtown. It was a quaint and beautiful little property sitting on a beautiful street across from several beautiful homes. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was well appointed. My only slight complaint was at the shower, kept switching from scalding hot to ice cold. However, the staff were so accommodating that I think if I had...

"This place exceeded my expectations- it was such a cute mom/pop spot. The fridge and microwave both worked great, good selection of channels on the tv. The room was a little on the small side but very clean. My kids were a little bummed the playground was disassembled but they had the beach and park right across the road to make up for it! "
