Just wanted to say that someone else's dog is going to the bathroom in the yard (which we cleaned up too), there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and the water reservoir on the coffeemaker was very dirty. "We had a very enjoyable and relaxing weekend. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed eating on the deck overlooking the water and having a fire down by the lake in the evening. Marc is a very friendly and accommodating host."

"Overall we greatly enjoyed our time here. However, there were a few issues. First, the freezer melted our ice cream. Second, we were basically told "good luck" about using the oven, which would have been nice to know before we bought groceries. Third, the heat had already been turned off for the season and it was COLD at night. Thankfully some of the beds had heaters, which was great. The fireplace downstairs is just for looks/ambience. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet, the lake was beautiful, the furniture and the King bed were comfortable. The patio was so nice to sit and enjoy the lake. Hubby loved the hot tub although he struggled with the settings a bit. The amount of towels available was amazing. We hope to return!"

"We stayed off season and the weather could have been better. We had an issue with the door lock which could have been avoided if the key code had been texted or emailed instead of spoken over a poor connection. The cottage was clean and roomy. We stayed in the 1st floor bedroom which really needs a new mattress. The location is perfect for viewing Lake Huron without obstruction. Even with the windows closed you can hear the waves lap the shore."

"The cabin was nice. The listing was not clear as to which cabin had an unobstructed view of the water. We were booked in the Garden cottage. It sets behind the other two cabins. You can see the water between the other two buildings. The cabin was comfortable and in a convenient location. "

"A great little place on a nice small lake. Selling point and most fun of the weekend was using kayaks and rowboat. Only 20 minutes to Gaylord. Nearby Otsego Lake State Park for beach fun. Super appreciate the communication from owners- as well as providing extra requests!! Would consider this place again!"
