"Hotel was previously, and could be again, a beautiful property. Many items in our room had been damaged and/or needed replacing. Possibly from pets. HVAC only blew room temperature air. It neither heated nor cooled and the bathroom vent fan didn't work either. I will say the restaurant was very good! ..."

"The pool was closed, the carpet was gross. The shower head was broken you had to hold it to shower And bathroom floor was not ok. I showered in my flip flops. We didn’t have bedding for the pull out. The plug in by the bed was broken. We won’t stay again."
