"Wonderful overnight stay. The rooms were clean and had adjacent connected rooms for our family. Our kids loved the waterslides and pool which were also well maintened and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, was hot and well prepared. The best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip."

"The lovely lady that checked me in was so friendly and helpful even though it was her very first day at the front desk. The building is dated on the outside; but the room itself was surprisingly well equipped! It was comfortable and spacious and the little details were appreciated, especially the double sink! This is one of the very few places I've stayed in my frequent travels where I heard not a PEEP from a neighbor or from animals, or road noisr .....not even from the trains which are just...

"O hotel é muito bonitinho. O atendimento foi excelente mesmo! Tem um cafezinho pela manhã bem pequeno, mas o suficiente. O local é lindo e o quarto parecia uma casa de vó. Tudo organizadinho, limpinho. Fomos no restaurante Isabella’s por indicação do hotel e foi muito bom. Uma ótima experiência no oeste americano."

"Our room smelled like musty cigarettes - to the point where not just our clothes smelled like it, but all of our belongings. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We had to call the front desk the first morning because we tried to take a shower and the drain was plugged with hair and other garbage. Maintenance did come up quickly to fix it. Parking was terrible. No elevator to the second floor. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. "

"Wanted to check out early and the owner would not refund my 3 nights i was there, offered to room comp, but i was not going to return. i guess there is a no refund on cash or cards l, never recieved any proof to this so they kept my money and never reimbursed me for the 3 nights i should have been. Room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator, needs updates and better management staff. Make sure you only book for the days you know you will need."

"Room unbearably warm, no a/c. The lock unit on our door not working. Staff had to let us back in if we left the room. Unpleasnt smells in the downstairs hallway. But staff very nice and breakfast okay. "

"Arrives after a 6 hour drive. Just wanted to test. They had construction going on just a couple rooms down from ours. The drill sounded like it was next to my head - it was horrible. Next morning - no hot water in the shower. Room was dirty - corners of bathroom/shower still had dirt and hair. Mattresses were worn and sunken in - very. "
