"We stayed here 2 years ago and it was a bit dated but clean. This time, new ownership and updated room and lobby---very tasteful and inviting! The host was very accommodating, breakfast items tasty and the room was wonderful--comfortable bed, pillows, new bathroom remodel---highly recommend this to anyone visiting Buffalo!"

"It delivered as promised. It's not a luxury hotel, so expectations need to be realistic. But it got the job done. It's clean. Mattresses are good. And I will say that the pillows are outstanding. I stayed at three top-of-the-line luxury hotels in Europe last month, and the pillows here are far better than any of those three places. For breakfast, they're getting the basics out, and you're eating with plastic utensils off paper plates."

"The room was spacious…windows were filthy. The breakfast was not very good with limited options. No cream for coffee. Location was off the beaten path which was fine for us.
We would probably stay elsewhere if we return to the area."
