"I ended up spending more time than expected in the house after catching COVID. I was quite comfortable and had plenty to do. I can say that the kitchen was well equipped - the sink and stove were nicer than my own. The walls between the two halves are quite thin, but the multiple guests were very quiet."

I stayed during the week and the home and the neighborhood were very quiet. The location is minutes from lots of cool restaurants and things to do/see, so it was a great spot to homebase from."

"Great location. We were in town for Fiesta, and the place was perfect to go to all the festivities. Walking distance to good food. The address was a little confusing, but all worked out in the long run. A little cramped for two people getting ready for formal events. Would be great for a TDY or place to stay for a while on business. Laundry facility was a bonus! "

"My friend booked this spot for my boyfriend and I. It was perfect! We enjoyed walks through the forest in the morning and star gazing at night. There’s really cool stuff on the property like CBD plants, chickens , fresh fruit annd veggies for sell and a whole rustic antique section in the back to shop. I cannot wait to go back!!!!"

"We came in to town for a Memorial Service and had to find accommodation last minute and Neat Haus came to the rescue. Communication regarding the property was crystal clear and prompt. Expectations were met and exceeded. We knew we were getting a nice view but seeing hill country from that vantage point was mesmerizing. Would highly recommend the property to friends and family. Sleeps 5 very comfortably. Shops and restaurants very near by. Very easy to get in and out of the property. Deer and...
