"A remotely managed hotel. No staff on site. Half the rooms are under construction? No swing bar latch to stop door if someone enters the room unwelcomed, which did happen. They gave our door code to someone who entered our room. It was a mistake, but was unable to sleep restful the rest of the night. The person who answers the phone is friendly and helpful. Reported the unexpected entry of our room the next day and the feedback was taken. Generally, I do not give my business to these remote...

"Atendente foi desrespeitoso quando solicitei um quarto como das fotos, sem carpete. Ele desdenhou de minha esposa que tem alergias além de simplesmente virar as costas enquanto eu falava e dizer que não falaria mais comigo. Pegamos nossas coisas e ficamos fora do hotel o máximo possível. Tentei achar outro mas não há na região. O quarto tinha mal cheiro e a água cheira podre. O filtro do ar condicionado estava imundo. O café da manhã é péssimo. Uma das piores estadias que já tive."

"This was a great place to stay on our Arizona visit. The whole property is clean and well maintained, but the best part was "Tink". She ran the bar and the kitchen (and I do mean ran - she was the only one on the nights we were there) and she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She made time for every guest and no matter what was ordered she always said, " I'll get that started for you right away." The grounds have a pool table (under cover of shade) a bocci court, a fire pit, and plenty...

"Worst place ever - downgraded our reservation and wouldn’t refund difference in room rates. Said they were overbooked. I made reservations 3 weeks prior. They had workers need a block of rooms so they took my room and downgraded me per a conversation with an employee!!!! Still trying to get a refund!!!!! Fraudulent business practices!!!! Don’t stay there."

"This place was a little gem. Very clean and staff was accommodating as we had something unexpected me up. Perfectly positioned next to two highly rated restaurants and the golf course. Would stay here again but will need to book a room with a bigger bed that accomadates pets. Even thought they didn't have a breakfast, they did have a room to grab a snack, drink, coffee, or a DVD."

"It was a beautiful place to stay. Big and roomy. The staff was not there at time of check in. We had to yell Hello a few times before someone came around. (5minutes) the computer was down at check in. We stayed 3 nights and we loved the stay. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was a little hard, pillows big n fluffy. The breakfast was very little. Help yourself to it all day. The restaurant was not great, Very bland, very empty, $$. I would recommend the stay but bring snacks/microwave food....

"This was my second stay at Reed’s and both have been positive experiences. Joanne at the front desk was very helpful with directing me to a local tire shop. A good breakfast I would much rather stay at this local motel than at a chain property."
