"This is a lovely cabin style home in the middle of a neighborhood which has a mix of primary and second homes. There are large porches both in front and in back which is very nice depending on the time of the day and the weather outside. We particularly enjoy taking hikes in the morning which are from 1 to 4 miles or so and are generally rated in the easy category and so we were delighted to find numerous such hikes within 15 minutes of the home. "This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside."

"Location - 15 min to Safeway/Bashas , off the main road but still quiet, next door neighbors have a sweet blue heeler and some bulls/horses to see. We enjoyed a free tubing/sledding hill just a couple miles past “Pole Knoll Recreation Area” <- if you put that into your navigation you can’t miss it on the left. They provided 4 sleds but I think you’d have more fun if you brought tubes!"

"The property was cute and cozy. Very basic, nothing fancy. There were old coffee grounds in the coffee maker, and the can opener was not functioning. Some dust and cobwebs on the light fixtures. If you intend on using the fire pit, be sure and bring wood and an ax (if needed). Overall, we did enjoy our time here."
