Bright Beach Block end unit Condo (sleeps 12 w/ 3 full baths) in beautiful North Wildwood - Located at 22nd and Surf - Steps to the beach, boardwalk, and Seaport Pier!! June/August/September weeks still open!!

Our spacious condo (4 bedrooms/3 full baths) is located at 22 and Surf, right next to the SeaPort Pier. Come stay for a sun filled fun filled week at the beach with friends and family! Make this condo your summer happy place - full of fun vacation memories with family and friends. You do not have to cross any streets to get to the beach or boardwalk!

The condo is 2,050 square feet and features a two level design with a bright and spacious open concept living, kitchen, and dining rooms that are perfect for families to spread out while still being together. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an en suite full bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a twin bed, full bed and a twin trundle. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. The lower level (bedroom 4) has a full bed, twin bed and twin trundle and as well as a full bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and more. TV's are in all of the bedrooms with Roku’s hooked up. We have an outside shower, and a storage closet for beach chairs, toys and umbrellas, 2 designated parking spaces (one in driveway and one in garage).
The unit also has Laundry room with a full washer and dryer. This beach home is BYOL (bring your own linens). Our place is professionally cleaned between each rental. We do not permit smoking or pets.

Renter was hands off and perfect, quiet area, beautiful place, very clean, very spacious, would recommend 100%, had the best girls trip and felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time

The location was perfect, right at 22nd and Surf. You don't have to cross a street to get to the boardwalk and the beach but you're not so close that you're hearing boardwalk noise all the time. We were able to park our two cars at the house and either walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go. The property had plenty of space for our group of seven (3 adults & 4 teens) and could have comfortably accommodated more. The dining room table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats another 3. The living area had plenty of space on sofas and chairs to sink into and relax. Having three full bathrooms was also a big plus with the size of our group. The kitchen was setup really nicely for our needs with two coffee makers, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven and plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, etc. The owner was very responsive getting back to us with answers to questions. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The check in and check out times were perfect so that we didn't feel rushed. Our family has stayed at many different properties in Wildwood and North Wildwood over the years. This one is definitely one that we'd be delighted to come back to again.

This might have been one of the cleanest units we have ever rented. Great location close to the boardwalk and beach yet on a relatively quiet street. We hope to return next year.

Property was as advertised: spacious bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and included most of the needed amenities. It was conveniently located in North Wildwood in close proximity to restaurants, the boardwalk and situated on a beach block.

Very nice property, fantastic location. The only negative on our side was that we got the property, it seems like the previous guests generated a crazy amount of garbage, so we inherited the garage with the trash cans overflowing with garbage all over the place(on the floor etc). There was so much that we could not even get rid of it properly via garbage collection, it took us 2 times with all the trash cans full.
