"I loved our stay at this home! The location is unbelievable for any event at Wrigley. The duplex is really well-decorated and the hosts were very thoughtful. Our party of 5 had tons of space to stay, and we had a few friends over to make use of the poker table! The space is amazing for a group trip or small gathering. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was a basement apartment. It was very small and had a musty odor especially in the bathroom. The bedrooms were small as well and did not have adequate room to get in and out of the bed. The kitchen was fine but lacked some essentials like hand towels. There was a lot of things that needed attention (spackle on walls that had to be painted, switch plate covers not fitting properly, unsafe entry way from patio, front gate very difficult to open). "Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors and there was a very loud group above us one of the nights and it was quite disturbing. I don’t think it was a party, but they were speaking very loudly. I did notify management but honestly I don’t think the group was having a party, it’s just that the lack of insulation is problematic. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have a full wall so noises from the living area can be clearly heard in that bedroom. ...

"Not a bad thing to say about this experience. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, looked exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed, location was perfect and the included parking was such a perk! Highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back! "
