"The staff were professional and helpful. Our tv did not work the first day so a technician came in on the second day. We were not aware that room service did not come until after the second night. We had had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper for the room the second day. We also asked for tissues and were told someone would bring it to the room. We never got any tissues. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was great. We would definitely stay there here again."

Fees for incidentals and tried to charge me even though nothing was wrong with the room. Vending machine didn’t work and the worker denied us water. Also the tubs were very dirty when we got there. There was only cold water available in the bathtub."

"I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t."
