"Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. "

"É uma casa antiga e espaçosa. Fica num bairro residencial, perto do centro histórico (10 minutos a pé). Não encontramos um bom supermercado em volta, apenas alguns pequenos estabelecimentos com poucas opções. Os móveis não são novos e rangem. O estacionamento é na rua ou numa estreita vaga ao lado da casa, ambos de graça. Não é fácil achar vaga na rua. O banheiro, assim como o resto da casa, era antigo, mas em boas condições e limpo. O check-in foi fácil e o proprietário nos atendeu prontamente...

"Our stay over Halloween was nice and the location was convenient. This is an older apartment and although we had several issues they were quickly remedied making our stay comfortable. I personally feel it is more suitable for 4 people because the provided blowup bed takes up the entire living room. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and helpful host. Thank you for allowing us and our fur babies the use of your rental. "

"The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. "Honestly, don’t book this stay unless you’re looking for a five nights at Freddy’s level experience. Neighbors above us had quite the drug or anger issues. Woken up at 3:00am and carrying on to the early hours of the day, we heard screaming, fighting, banging, glass shattering just above us. Uttering threats, men running in and out of the house, everything. All also just outside of our shared old wooden door that could absolutely be broken with one full body check. We didn’t feel safe. "This was such a great stay!! Wonderful space, especially for anyone looking to visit Salem, as it was only about a 30 minute drive. The host was extremely responsive as well. Couldn’t recommend this place more, we had a great trip!!"
