"I booked this room and received a confirmation after paying. No further communication from the host. 30 mins after check in time I ask for check in instructions. I get a text with one word… environmental…30 mins after check in time while I’m traveling from out of state with no place to stay now…This was the worst experience, my first and last time to try to use Vrbo. "

"I feel terrible giving such a low rating because Vishal who we communicated with most was amazing! Unfortunately, the condition of the property was not a stellar especially for the amount of money that we spent on the property. There was a cracked mirror, The rug in the main room was very worn and dirty and the pillows on the couches were falling apart and also looked dirty. There were hardly any pieces of silverware. the bathroom fixtures were not working properly in fact one of the bathrooms...

"It was a great property! And perfect for our visit! Our daughter & son-in-law live across the street! I would recommend reading and familiarizing yourself with the check-in instructions before hand. It wasn’t difficult, but can be confusing if you are trying to navigate parking, entry etc. when you arrive. Other than that, wonderful place!"
