"We stayed here for two weeks for a ski vacation and really enjoyed it. Easy access to both Cottonwood canyons and even Deer Valley wasn't that far. Good privacy, we didn't see or hear the owners during our stay. It was nice to have a garage to park in. The owner is incredibly nice and even left us fresh baked cookies during our stay. Saw antlered deer in the back yard. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Looking forward to staying here again."

"Truthfully I picked this spot because of the beautiful church view from the bed not to mention the gorgeous snow covered mountains everything else was a bonus. The rooftop was stunning I even enjoyed a little party complete with DJ thanks to the welcoming neighbors, I worked in the lobby one day just because the space was so inviting! The location is wonderful you are downtown, but not in the middle of the shopping centers walking distance to everything you could want and I felt completely safe...

"Bryce, the owner, communicated well and promptly. He was willing to do anything to make us comfortable. However the apartment he had for us had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Salt Lake City . We were just a few minutes away from parking at the Salt Palace and had easy and close access to shopping and enjoying the Salt Lake Valley. I highly recommend Bryce as a host and the apartments that he uses for his BnB service."

"My daughter and I ended up extremely ill (no fault of this place at all) and I was blessed enough to feel like I was completely at home. I was comfortable and so was my daughter despite us both being miserable and later ending up in a hospital. But I will always remember this place very fondly. The neighborhood, the tiny home, everything. Felt so comfy here. Highly recommend!!"

"Great condo in a very nice complex 2 blocks from Delta Center and entertainment district. Liked the indoor parking. Very nice ourdoor spaces w/pool, hot tub, games. etc. Would stay again!"

"This property was a good location to reach both the ski bus park and rides within half an hour. Plenty of pillows, towels and other linens. Entry to the property is a little steep and can bottom out a low clearance car. Overall would stay here again."
