"Paid for early check in but apartment was not ready when we arrived. Had to wait in the hall. Contacted Host and was told I would receive a refund for the early check in fee but have not seen that yet. Apartment was nice and as advertised and pictured. One thing to be aware is bedroom windows are right next to very bright parking lights and there are no blackout shades so it does feel like perpetual morning all night. Also master bed shares wall with the entrance to the building and door opening...

"We traveled from Hawaii and never been to Utah. I wanted a place that would accommodate a party of 5. This place was perfect for us to sleep comfortable. Very spacious and clean. The parking area was convenient. It was nice to park the car and didn’t require us to walk up stairs with all of our luggage.
A few days before heading to Utah, we watched the fires that started to break out in Utah. Being that we never been to Utah and didn’t know the area where the fires were happening, I reached...

"Overall, stay was excellent. Only “complaint” would be, that it would have been nice to have the balcony/porch cleaned off so we could have enjoyed sitting outside. Way too much dirt to try and clean in off with just water and a towel. "

"The property was lovely but shouldn’t be advertised for 6 people because the couch bed was broken the whole time we were there. My son had to sleep on the floor the whole week. The on-site management wasn’t very helpful, when we notified them about the broken couch, they said maintenance wouldn’t be in for two days, after the weekend. The maintenance man tried to fix the couch but didn’t succeed as he wasn’t familiar with the faults in the couch that were causing the collapse. In the end we were...

Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Blick auf den Salt Lake. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!"

"I really, really enjoyed the place as I was visiting Utah for a conference at Salt Palace Convention center. I walked to and from the center to this property with no problems. The only issue I had was very little communication from the host, even as I contacted him a week prior to my check-in day. He did not contact me on check-in day, check-out day, or when I asked questions. Luckily I had no issues with the property that needed his attention, but would have been nice to be properly...
