"Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). Street parking has time limits, so we really appreciated having access to the gated...

"First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork! We spent our evenings out on the patio.Would definitely stay again if we were in Sacramento!"

"Amazing stay!The ADU is in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distances to gourmet grocery store and restaurants to fit all budgets.ADU is modern and spotless.Kitchen meets all needs whether you are cooking not.Well thought out amenities.Chris was quick to respond to any questions.Perfect place to call home while our home was getting work done. Big back yard where our two kids - Bernese Mountain dogs could run around with large fenced in back yard.I would highly recommend to anyone staying in...

"The unit was lovely. Very pleasantly decorated. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Well supplied. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We did have a little trouble with the lock and had to use the available key. Location and parking was very convenient. Check in and out process very smooth. I would recommend this place (in spite of the dilapidated property next door) unless you have trouble with stairs. "

"Check in process was easy, contact with the host was good, parking was also on site and available as well. Only complaint is the bed is pretty squeaky and the towels had a weird smell. Other than that would definitely recommend this."

"Staying in this historic apartment was wonderful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very clean. All instructions were complete and clear. There was even a guidebook with tips for the area. The neighborhood is charming and close to the Capital and Old Town. My friend and I walked less than a mile to really good restaurants. The owner was very responsive and almost immediately answered all questions as we were booking and throughout our stay. It seemed like Tim really cared that...
