". Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bedsheets were clean. However, the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning, and the flooring outside the rooms could use some cleanings too."
"Najwa at check in was great! Haven’t had customer service like that in a real long time. And the facility is spectacular. Everything is updated and clean. No carpet in the room, huge plus! Wish there were more Alofts like this. Would definitely be back. "

"The hotel was adorable. The staff were all friendly, efficient and happy to see us. Our room was perfect. We will definitely stay there again. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. "
"There are 2 restaurants very close to this hotel. One is a Mel's Diner and one other. There is a supermarket, a little further away;but walking distance-Raleys. It is in close proximity to the major highways I 80 and I 50. The hotel is clean abd comfortable. A great place to stay."
