"We were only planning to stay one night on a business trip, but the Villa was so nice and relaxing that I booked two more nights for my wife, her best friend, and me to enjoy."

"Too bad we didn´t manage to use our reservation. Our kid tested positive to Covid on the morning before the check in day, so in respect to others we did not go and lost the whole reservation. We contacted the hotel and they said that nothing that they could do about it.. Too bad.."

"This cabin is rustic yet modern. We loved that it was secluded yet close enough to town to make quick trips (you could walk if you wanted to). It was easy once we arrived as all of the access information and detailed map instruction was text to us before we arrived. It was spotless which immediately put us at ease as we were travelling with a 1 yr. old (if you have one, you know how much they love to pick up anything they see and go straight to their mouth with it). "We had an amazing time. There was so much to do for the week. The cabin is tastefully done and equipped perfectly! The beds were comfortable. Our adult children enjoyed the game room and the river. We took daily walks with fur babies. We will be back"

"The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom...

"Great place to go and relax with the family and cool off in the mountain river water also float down the river.This was are 2nd year of going and hope they will be many more."

"The cabin was clean, had comfortable beds and all we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was very easy and they were extremely responsive with one question we had about the hot tub. Checkin and checkout was simple and easy. The location was easy to find and very close to downtown Blue Ridge-about a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone interested in visiting this area."

"Check in was fairly easy. The kitchen was acceptable and functional. I appreciated the necessary components to prepare meals. Newer cookware and bakeware would have been more useful but, I made do with what was there. I can imagine how hard it is to keep those items updated and in good condition though. WiFi worked flawlessly for entertainment. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. During a stormy evening, everyone was content to stay in and watch a movie or play pool and not go exploring around...

"This cabin was very nicely decorated and very clean. We were in town for golf, it is very conveniently located to Old Taccoa Farm Course but if you want quick access to downtown it was a bit of a drive. Overall a very good experience."

"This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t...

"Great property for getting away from the city. Very convenient to so many things to do in the North Georgia mountains. Our host was amazing and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back. "

"Hotel bem localizado, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, serviço de quarto ruim, após a camareira sair notamos que apenas a cama foi arrumada e as toalhas trocadas, o piso não foi varrido. Logo na primeira noite notamos um grande inconveniente: percevejos. Matei 2 de início e algumas horas depois matei mais dois. Passamos a noite vigilantes com receio de sermos picados ao dormir. "
