While the inside of the house was clean the outside was terrible! The porch/patio had not been cleaned in a while! There was dirt and thick pollen on everything. There were leaves and burrs from the sycamore trees everywhere! In the base of the patio table there were glass shards. The hot tub had chorine tablets in it but the seats had dirt in them and the sides were gritty. We could not open the cover all the way as it was backed up too close to the fence. The grill had a squirrel nest in it and the grill itself had not. Even cleaned ina while. We tried to turn it on after removing the nest and there was no gas! And on top of all that the bathroom rug was dirty and had poop on the edge of it. I had to clean off the patio table and two chairs for us to even sit outside!! I did not go on vacation to house clean!!! I will not recommend this house or Expedia/ Vrbo to anyone!!!

Comfortable, cozy cabin very close to town but feels like you're secluded. Hot tub seemed inviting but didn't take the time to get in. Had no problems to need to call host. Maybe could use a sign at the end of hotel property to point you in the right direction. Would stay again!

Lovely Cabin in the Woods but Close to Everything

This cabin is very modern and has all the conveniences needed for our 2 night stay. Very close to Helen (down the hill and turn left) and all of the attractions. The cabin is set in the woods and is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we're ever in the area again.

Had a good time in Helen and weather was great and evything was as it was decribedThe only thing that I would change if I was them I would put a small sign turning off the paved road onto the small gravel road showing where the cabins are.

Easy walk into Helen

Cabin was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located for visiting Helen, GA. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but feel that we should mention that the Wi-Fi was limited to allowing only one device to be connected at a time due to being "in a area with spotty service" and we needed to keep the bedroom door open in order to let the AC, located in the main room, cool the bedroom.

Cutest cabin ever

Beautiful blonde wood floors. A homey comfortable feel. Hottub wonderful and easy to use. Me and my trenage daughter had a girls weekend and enjoyed staying in at night with a no phone policy. Watching a movie and reading a book completely relaxing

Keep them coming back

This spot is perfectly situated close to Downtown Helen or juat a short drive to the wineries in Dahlonega, it was clean, easy to check in and had all needed amenities plau the Hot Tub on a cold night. I would definitely recommend.

Cute little cabin

We stayed at this cabin for a family holiday gathering. It was comfortable and close to the shops in town. The gas log fireplace was lovely and the hot tub was a nice, relaxing touch. We really enjoyed our visit. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the mattress on the downstairs bedroom in the future. It was feeling a bit "tired and saggy" but not so bad that we were unable to sleep. The family members that slept in the upstairs loft didn't comment on that bed so I have no idea what it was life. All-in-all, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this rental to friends and family.

A Disappointing Stay

1st visit to Helen so wasn't sure what to expect. The cabin was listed as being within walking distance to town, technically true but it is situated at the very end of the strip and a big hill to climb on the way home. As others have said, the bed does sink in the middle making it uncomfortable. The TV's had streaming only service which was so awful. Helen is in the South. This is Fall. We watch college football in the Fall in the South. Cannot do that on streaming. Huge disappointment. We did enjoy the hot tub but there was also zero wood in the wood-box to make an outdoor fire...another disappointment. I should have asked about the shower. It is super tiny and hard for a 6'3" man to maneuver around in. Overall, we would not stay in the same cabin if we ever returned to Helen, which is unlikely. Make sure you understand the downsides of this property before booking, especially considering how expensive it was. It may not bother everybody, but for us, it made for a sad, non-relaxing weekend.
