"peaceful"

"Cute older house in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Screened in patio provides an extra hangout place. Only 1 full bathroom, but it's very large. Kitchen is also large. Nicely appointed. Kids enjoyed seeing two deer and what we think was a groundhog in the yard."

"Very cute house and convenient location! We enjoyed our stay!"

"Such a beautiful view! Easy to get to, nice area, and the house was lovely!"

"This property was spotlessly clean, carefully and well furnished, with clear instructions about everything. The location was peaceful and quiet, and we were treated to seeing a doe and young fawn not long after arriving. With no traffic or other noise, we had a restful stay. The host's communications were welcoming and comprehensive. While off the main roads, it is still convenient to attractions and amenities in Waynesboro. This is a perfect place to unwind; with several more rooms on the...

"Excellent stay. Location is great, the property is very comfortable. I will be back."

"The location was perfect—just a short walk to UVA Health, which made visiting our family incredibly convenient. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and offered great amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the price was very reasonable for everything included. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Charlottesville area!"

"The property is beautiful. The host somehow outshines that. The communications tool needs to come up to their level. If your need to relax and recharge, this is a perfect space."

"Mountain Mama is a beautiful home with wonderful views! The pictures are very accurate for all the rooms and views. We had four couples stay for a long weekend and had plenty of space. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much all you need for cooking and the grill works well. The house is also conveniently located to breweries and wineries. We had no issues with our wine tour bus getting up to the house. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends!"

"Great property. Definitely will book again"

"Excellent place to stay at! Everything was very clean. Love the decor! Excellent communication from owner! Would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"The place was amazing. Perfectly clean and ideally situated, with gorgeous mountain views. One small issue...If you enjoy sitting on the patio and staring at the mountain views, the noise from the street below is unusually loud. (This probably has to do with the topography, and there's likely nothing that can be done about it.) Once the doors are closed, it is very quiet inside the house."

"Cozy house, close to the downtown mall."

"Great property, the kids enjoyed the games, hot tub, and creek. Highly recommend!"

"My family and I love this place! We have stayed several times and will be back in August. It’s a lovely, comfortable space, in a cool neighborhood. Around the corner from all the great Belmont restaurants and very close/easy walk to the Downtown Mall. Highly, highly recommend!"
