"Great stay in Troy. Easy to get in and the rooms/beds were very good. Did not realize there were two locations on the same property/house. It was ok, because there were not other tenants but it would have been weird. May consider an option to separate the rental better?"

"Great property to sleep multiple family members and be able to hang out together - the listing is new, so they have a few kinks to work out (garage door code didn’t work, garbage should have been taken out for pick up before we got there) - but worth it all!"

"This home was perfect in serving our needs for a family wedding that took place in Charlottesville. The location was perfect--the home was a welcome reprieve from the busyness of family events. While others stayed at a hotel, we had a home to retreat to! Thank you!"

"Great place to stay if attending a concert at the Ting Pavilion. Close walking distance to the restaurants on the Downtown Mall. Clean and charming apartment. Monica was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. "

"A perfect spot to stay if you want easy access to restaurants and shopping! Top notch cleanliness and attention to detail down to the complimentary coffee and water. Easy bag drop and parking and quick responding owners. Loved the coffee shop directly below. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was such a nice place to stay! I haven’t slept so well in a hotel prob ever! Very comfortable and clean. I loathe a barn door on a bathroom but I get the aesthetic they were going for. There were a lot of unhoused people right in front of the building all day and night but they aren’t going to bother anyone. Had a wonderful stay!"

"Our room (Meriwether) was a wonderful little nook. Very comfortable and quiet. It was clean as a new penny and everything was updated and in excellent repair. The little deck was nice, but open to the one right next door. May make some new friends if you're so inclined. The stairs to access the rooms are steep and make a turn that might be challenging for anyone with mobility or cardio-respiratory issues. The facility is not wheelchair accessible.Also note that parking is about 2 city blocks...

"The location was so nice; it was walkable to coffee shops, great restaurants, and was close enough to UVA to be very accessible to everything! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious!"

"Just as advertised - actually the room is a bit nicer in person - it looks a bit sparse in photos. Very central location. We weren't there to watch TV, but first the TV was lagging, and then we were logged out of the YouTube TV. Emails were answered promptly but it was somewhat inconvenient. Also, the loud room fan runs continuously, separate from the AC/heat. I value quiet and it was somewhat irritating. These two things aren't enough to take a star off overall though. "

"The room was spacious, clean comfy. I would only request more variety for the coffee bar ( artificial sweetener, more creamer). Love the heated bathroom floor. The location is good very short walk to the downtown mall! "

"Spent two nights at the property. Perfect location for a brief getaway. Conveniently located near the downtown mall with shops and restaurants. Would stay there again."

"The property accurately matches the online description. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the location was perfect for getting downtown and around to different wineries. The living room is a bit sparse for comfortable seating and there is no communal TV. This was fine for us though as we didn’t spend much time at the house except to sleep (though some of the guys in our group would’ve appreciated it to catch some of the football games!). We had some initial bumps with the check in process and...

"Hotel location at the crossroad of highly popular roads made it noisy all day and night. To avoid if you’re sensitive to traffic noise. The room was just below the roof AC machine controlling the corridors cooling. It turned on and off every hour making the most horrible sound and trembling of the room. The staff admitted it but couldn’t help it. The breakfast was super limited and the cherry on the top is that you eat on paper plates with plastic cutlery 﫣☹️"
