"10/10. This was a lovely property. A very large home and and an especially large backyard. Both the home and yard were immaculately kept .The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped . Our family enjoyed the hidden fire pit area off the side of the yard. This is in a beautiful section on the north shore close to many restaurants and vineyards. The only negative thing for us was that it would’ve been nice to have basic cable tv rather than to have to cast from your...

"Beautiful newly renovated home, walking distance to Greenport harbor. Very accommodating to families with small children. Great backyard and playground around the corner. Will stay again! "

"Attended a wedding and stayed here with my family. Check in was easy and the house is nice with a big backyard. The stairs to the bedroom are steep, if you're older. But, otherwise, a great place to stay."

"The pictures honestly do not do this property justice. It is even more gorgeous in person ! The property owner was phenomenal & communicated everything without being asked. We used this to get ready for my daughter’s wedding and the setting could not have been more perfect. Will absolutely rent again!"

"We spent a few days to attend a family wedding. We were 7 and the house was extremely comfortable for all of us. The house is 2 floors and there is no bathroom upstairs so keep that in mind when assigning sleeping arrangements. We found a well stocked welcome basket and a bottle of wine which were very much appreciated. The location is perfect as it is in the middle of wine country, less than 2 miles from the beach and near quaint little towns. We would definitely stay there again. "

"This was our second time renting this very special property - a wonderful private location with an amazing pool, outdoor shower, hot tub and awesome views from the front porch. There is everything you need to cook or grill a great meal. Orient is a charming village with an interesting history - and a great produce stand! Easy communications with the host. We hope to go back next year. "
