Things to note:

As locals and frequent travelers ourselves, we value transparency above all things.
This listing is in a transitional neighborhood in North Charleston. If you've never been to our city, or if you've never been to a place that is racially and economically diverse, you probably won't feel comfortable here.

Another thing to note, all our neighbors are harmless and more or less friendly, the house to our right is in disrepair. We have no control over it but we like to mention it just in case that is a deal breaker for any guest.

If you have any specific questions about the area just ask! My family has lived and worked in North Charleston for 100 years and we are glad to guide you.

Bugs: we have the house professionally maintained, but depending on the season you may see a bug. This is not an indication of the house not being clean but a reality of living in the south :) if you see a bug, let us know and we will handle it swiftly.

Air Conditioning: This shouldn't affect your stay but as shown in the pictures, we do not have central air but we do have powerful and brand mini split AC. Works just fine we just like to be thorough with what to expect.
