Welcome to our newly renovated 4 bedroom house in North Charleston, South Carolina! Our home has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay.

As soon as you step inside, you'll notice the spacious open floor plan, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features cozy seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, so you can cook up a storm and enjoy meals with your family and friends at the large dining table.

Each of the four bedrooms has been decorated with your comfort in mind, featuring comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Outside, you'll find a lovely covered area where you can enjoy the beautiful South Carolina weather. The patio is complete with comfortable seating so you can host your own barbecue or simply relax with a glass of wine.

Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in North Charleston, with easy access to local attractions such as the Charleston International Airport, downtown Charleston, and the beautiful beaches of the South Carolina coast.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs' guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

The home was great, everything there kept everyone happy. The kids loved the movie room and was a very quiet neighborhood.

We stayed at the Boroughs' really nice little house for our Spring Break with the kids and friends. The house has just been renovated and was squeaky clean from head to toe! The kitchen is very well equipped, there was plenty of space in the house with 4 bedrooms, and more beds that we needed. The plus: the kids loved the cinema/arcade room. Communication with the host has also been great, and it is a very good and quiet location to go downtown or visit all the plantations.
