Very unprofessional staff! Hotel double charged my card and won't issue a refund. Room was moldy. Would not recommend this hotel to a turtle.

Ok the people that work there are really nice !!! They have to clean this place up. Carpet needs to be replaced. It is very dirty and smells bad ! Furniture in the room we were in was had torn fabric. Bugs running around in the bathroom. Come on Hilton get it together !!!

I loved the convenience of this hotel to the concert venue. I always enjoy the complimentary cocktail hour and the morning breakfast. HOWEVER, I was only able to partake in the cocktail hour. When my son and I returned to the hotel after the concert, our daughter had locked the dead bolt on the door. The front desk was kind but kept telling me there was no way to bypass the dead lock with a key card. We bangged on the door and window for almost 2 hours at 2 am. It was sooooo frustrating that the hotel had no way to get in the room. This really needs to change. We ended up sleeping till check out because by the time we got in the room it was early in the morning. I pay the extra moneyt o stay at the Embassy because of the amenities that I was unable to fully enjoy. Despite that issue, the hotel was great....probably could use a facelift.

The hotel entrance and ambiance coming in was good. However the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned. The room reaked of smoke, and all the draws were open. The cushions in the couches were all placed vertically. I had to put them back and the bathroom curtain had mildew on the end closer to the shower. The faucet by the coffee machines did not work.

The hotel was overbooked when I arrived for check-in. I was put up in a nicer property but had to check out the next day and check in at the Embassy again which was a hassle if you're only staying for two nights. The night auditor did put a note in my reservation to ensure that I got an early check in to minimize the hassle. Very nice and pro-active approach! The hotel looked very rundown but the bed was good which was most important to me. Some of the personnel were very nice and others didn't seem to care at all.

This was one of my worst experiences. Checked in on Saturday room is dirty- stain on carpet-stain on the bed sheets. Filter of the air conditioning absolutely filthy. I traveled with an infant. Monday night there was a fire alarm that when off. It was about 10:30 pm- the emergency lights were on- flashing- my son was getting very sick from the lights. I will never stay at this hotel again. If you travel to South Carolina DO NOT stay here.

We asked for down alternative and ended up discovering, in the middle if the night, that they had only changed one pillow to an alternative. The toilet wouldnt stop flushing, and the towel rack was busted. The front desk didnt seen to care. Every one else was great

Everything was clean but the property is seriously outdated. The rooms could definitely stand a refresh. Decor is old. My room had a cabinet door completely missing. Most importantly, there should be easily accessible recepticles/usb/usb-c ports from the night stand. I also did not appreciate having to pay for parking. That far out of the city, it should be free.

The only criticisms I have are that the room furnishings were outdated, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Things I liked about my stay were that common areas of the hotel were very clean and inviting, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

I am hesitant to complain since I am a hospitality industry employee and have been my entire life… but have to say my stay at embassy suites was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. From the moment we walked in to the main entrance… the two garbages out front were overflowing with garbage all over the entrance… our check in was great. The lady working up front was very nice and accommodating but that was about the only good thing with the stay. I had to drop off our rental at the airport that night and the shuttle took about 35 minutes to pick me up. There was some type of party going on throughout the hotel that evening with loud music and partying until the late hours of the night (when we left the room at 5 am for our early flight it was still going on). And when we took a shower in the morning the curtains had black mold all over the bottom (and the room in general was dirty with stains on the chairs and carpet). As I said… always hesitant to complain… but the mold was crossing the line and not something I expect from a Hilton property.

The only thing good about this place was the breakfast in the morning but even then it seems like you’re a burden to the hotel staff when you are getting food. Expedia doesn’t put it anywhere but you have to pay for parking in their parking lot $10 a day. The bathroom was kind of dirty and had some of the wall coming off along with residual hair everywhere. Wasn’t really worth it at all.

This was a great rate for one night. It’s a little old , peeling paper . It was close to the airport and restaurants. It was quiet. I’d stay there again if the rate was the same, $97.
