"I experienced some challenges during my recent stay at the hotel. The room I was assigned to was quite noisy, as it was located next to the exit door for the hallway, resulting in frequent disturbances, especially during late night and early morning hours. Additionally, the internet signal was not strong enough at the room. Furthermore, upon my early arrival at around 11 am after an international trip, I was informed that I couldn't check in without paying an early check-in fee of $25. I would like to recommend that the hotel considers providing a more accommodating approach to early check-ins for guests who have just completed long international journeys. I hope that my feedback can be helpful in addressing these issues, and I look forward to the opportunity of experiencing an improved stay in the future."

"Quarto bem limpo. O lencol de baixo aparentemente nao havia sido trocado. Pedi substituição, o que ocorreu prontamente. Banheiro com box de vidro. Smart tv com you tube etc Front desk do check in estava extremamente mal humorada, perguntando se queriamos informacoes sobre horário de cafe da manha, dentre outras coisas basicas que ela deveria nos informar. Afinal, ninguém é obrigado a saber a senha de internet e horário de todos os hotéis em que se hospeda. Há água, gelo e café a vontade no lobby. E se não quiser ser acordado as 9h da manhã pelo pessoal da arrumação quase derrubando a porta do seu quarto, coloque um aviso bem grande na.porta, pois o cartão de não perturbe foi insuficiente. No geral a estadia foi boa e o quarto limpo e aconchegante, apenas com as observações acima."
