"This is a lot more than a tourist area motel. Yes it shows its age in a couple of places, mostly chipping pain on the doors and iron work, but it’s kept immaculately clean. Having a microwave and mini fridge allowed us to save some money by making our own sandwiches to take to the beach and nuking leftovers or something quick when we were just to spent after a day in Savannah to go walk a block or two to get dinner. Linens were spotless white from bed to bath. Check in and housekeeping staff...

"The staff on check in were very nice. The room was very clean and the mattress was encased against bed bugs (you always have to check these days-no matter the hotel brand). I was there to fish with my son and the hotel was less than a 1/4 mile walk from the back river, Tybee Creek. It also sits on the Atlantic. This was a good value and I recommend this hotel."

"Room was very clean. Linens and towels weren't the super cheap kind. Dishes were clean. Our stay went well. Only complaint would be that the air is very loud. It sounds like an airplane but all else was great. We got the room with the sauna upstairs. Also no noise. Walls seemed very thick. Front desk person was really nice. Facility was clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Location is great! "
