"Very nice, cozy and 99% of my experience was excellent. The other 1% was not so great. I went to the front desk multiple times in the course of an hour to return a hairdryer that shorted out. The desk attendant was on the the phone screaming at someone and didn't acknowledge me. Once he was done screaming, he curly took the hairdryer and was extremely rude. "When I arrived the room was was very wet, liked a door or ac unit leaked. I tried phoning front desk but nobody answered. A young man came to see where the leak was but couldn't find anything, then asked if he could clean up the floor for me, which he did. Then walked out without a word. "The owners seem like very kind people and initially when I walked into the room it looked renovated and very cute! However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night...

"The location of the property was excellent, and the facility was very clean stealth very helpful. What my complaint is we had trouble with the stool not flushing. The water in the bathtub was very very, very slow about draining all in all I would go back."

"Great beach. Many pools. Very spacious bedrooms, living room and full kitchen. Large bathrooms. Lots of activities. Would have liked a restaurant on property for breakfast. Marriott needs to spend a few more bucks on toilet paper (not a joke)."

"Decent breakfast - same food every day but the staff was great to keep it replenished. During especially busy times, would be nice to have access to disinfecting wipes to clean off tables when staff hasn't been available to do it b/c they are filling food. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets (although sheets for pull out bed were stained - ew). Beds and pillows were comfortable. $10 parking fee per day and $50 per day pet fee are ridiculous. Charge a refundable pet deposit for any damage...
