"Idéal location when travelling to airport for an early flight"

"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"Ótima "

"Very clean, great food and excellent service provided by all the staffs. Inside the hotel, everything is perfect. But once you step out the hotel, you immediately feel walking into the different world. Dirty, narrow streets occupied by lots of shady houses and small businesses shops. You will probably woke up very early morning by the loud talking from the streets. You probably will hear some old guys singing off key. Now I understand why the hotel provide guests with earplugs. "Equipe ótima, cafe da manhã excelente, boa localização "

"I would like to record my gratitude to the entire hotel team, from before my arrival until my departure, the entire team was very friendly, helping with tips about tours, where to go, what to do, etc. They made my stay in Hanoi special, if one I come back to Hanoi, for sure this is the place where I’d stay 😀"
