"The staff was excellent. Anna especially was very attentive and accommodating. She was helpful with recommendations and getting us from place to place. Even though her name tag said trainee, she did a wonderful job in her position. Anna was also a wonderful staff member and very helpful and kind. This, by far, was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. The hotel was updated, the reception area was very nice, the room, although small, was fine for our stay and very clean....
