"I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...

"Comfortable, clean and convenient for us. All the comforts of home. Great wifi and streaming apps on tv. We were only there to sleep and shower. The wall ac in the bedroom and living room kept us very cool. We would definitely stay here again."

"Place was as described. The pictures are accurate. You close to salt lakes uptown area and the bigest park i have ever walked around is just a few blocks down the road. Air conditioning worked good. Parking was a little tight but managable. I while heartly recomend this appartment when staying in SLC"

"Walking distance to restaurants. Very basic amenities but no where to hang any clothes if needed. We were attending a wedding and had to go purchase our own hangers and use the coat rack to hang our clothes up. Also, hot water takes about ten minutes or more to work for showers and the bed sheets had to be changed as they smelt very sweaty and dirty when we arrived. "

She promptly offered to have someone come fix both the bathroom cabinet door and a blind that fell down during our stay, which we appreciated.A few things could use improvement though: the bathroom cabinet door fell off, the bed frame creaked anytime we moved, there were visible cobwebs on the ceiling, and the living room vent was noticeably dusty.
