"The room was as described. It has warmed tile in the bathroom, which is delightful. The jetted tub was in bad need of cleaning. When the jets were engaged they sprayed black material into the water. We didn't use the tub. The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. "O hotel é perfeito .. a decoração rústica aliada a limpeza e a higiene do local dão um ar de sofisticação e charme à casa , sem perder o aconchego. A equipe do hotel é muito educada e prestativa e o idioma não é uma barreira pois eles falam de forma clara e devagar, o que é muito bom para nós estrangeiros. O café da manhã é honesto e saboroso embora não haja ocorrência ou diversidade de muitas frutas, contudo possa ser um efeito do clima no momento não propício a muitas frutas (não sei), mas a pancake que eles servem é deliciosa. Serviço de quarto é muito eficaz e cuidadoso e o hotel tem uma van que eles fazem transportes para os hóspedes desde que agendado (para ir ao aeroporto ou algum ponto do centro da cidade). Pra quem gosta de comer fast-food , há a opção de comer no MacDonald ao lado do hotel (cerca de 10 metros da porta de entrada). Há um amplo estacionamento na área do hotel, com muitas vagas e vi sempre passar as viaturas da polícia fazendo patrulhamento na rua então deve ser um local seguro para deixar o carro. Fortemente recomendo."
