"Elevator was slow and we used the laundry but the dryer took three Cycles to dry our one load of clothes. The room was terrific the food was terrific the staff were really really lovely. I would stay here again. The pool was very nice, and the hot tub was perfect. The quiche y'all served for breakfast was the bomb"

"We loved the waterslide!! The pool was a little cold, but the staff were quick to increase the temperature and it was great. The breakfast was well kept and all of the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"Had allot of issues with this stay. I reserved it online for my daughter and her friend. It was her 18th birthday. I was out of town and could not be there in person. They would not let her in. My card was on file I assumed responsibility. They still wouldn’t let her in. My wife could have drove down and stayed with them. Nope my name was on it so I had to be there. Still waiting on the refund as well. Go to the Hyatt. It’s more but she stayed there no problem "

"the staff (Ali especially) was so helpful and kind in helping us and being so welcoming to our little 5 month old pup! She stayed in the room for a couple hours without us and we were worried that she would be barking and disturb the residents. When we got back Ali assured us that she had only yelped a bit for the last 15-20 minutes before we got back and that there are other dog owners on the first floor so they understand. We felt so comfortable knowing that the staff was so helpful and...
