"The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful"

"Ok! So I planned this whole trip for my girl and spent about 2k on it, for a rental car, room, the actual musical that we were going to, food all that stuff, I booked of course through Expedia and I was coming from VA. Nobody mentioned that there was a $250 dollar hold on the room in addition to the price of the room. I called to inquire about it and the hostess was the sweetest nicest gal possible. She was hella chill and only put a 60 dollar deposit on the room which was rad. The stay itself...

"Staff was great! All was in order at the property and it was great to see some upgrades being done. Our son will be attending St. John Fisher University next year and we are looking forward to our next stays after his football games!! "

"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."
