Casas em Noroeste de Rochester, NY

"Very quiet location, close to shopping and restaurants...only negative we encountered was the water pressure in shower was very low and took awhile for hot water to heat up."

"We stayed in a suite and we're next to the elevator and you would not have known. The staff is amazing and friendly. We loved the breakfast option there was something different everyday and it was hot and fully stocked and kept us from hunting for a restaurant for the starting meal of the day....24/7 coffee freshly ground. I always bring my own bathroom essentials...they have Dove products I didn't need to unpack mine. Rooms were clean along with all the areas a customer would venture through....

"HVAC was noisy."

"Ehrlich gesagt war dies einer der besten Orte, vor allem wegen des Personals. Die Zimmer und die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber, aber was den Ausschlag gibt, ist die Fürsorglichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Kompetenz des Personals."

"The staff was horrible, the room was nasty. The property didn’t feel safe. The sheets had stains. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Overall I will never stay there again ever"
