"We had such a great stay and would absolutely stay here again in the future. The apartment is very clean with very nice furnishings. Location was perfect and walkable to anywhere in Norton Commons. We really appreciated the coffee supplies, creamers, paper plates and plastic silverware there as well. There were also cold water bottles in the fridge and the AC was one we arrived! The balcony is over the top a few small shops so you can enjoy your coffee or drinks and people watch. We didn’t have...

"Great for night life. Clean and felt very safe. There was a 300 incident fee taken out 2 days before the trip which I was unaware of prior to booking the 450 non refundable weekend. The funds were released back after check out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Lots of communication from the property manager and very clear instructions. The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything you need is provided. 10/10 would stay here again. "

"Great property, very clean with ample amenities including off street parking and easy access to interstate. Our host was wonderful. The bittersweet experience is that there are multiple restaurants nearby which is a blessing and a curse. Great dining and cocktails within walking distance but unfortunately it was quite loud after 10 PM, mostly from loud muscle cars. Overall, still a great property and we would definitely stay here again. "

"All around solid stay. The property was spacious and fit our group of 8 nicely. Only having one bathroom was less than ideal but we made it work. The best aspect was the location and being in walking distance of so much great dining and retail."

"We were in Louisville for a conference and the location couldn’t have been better. Even though it was close to 4th Street live and few doors from a night club, you hardly knew you were in an entertainment area once inside the apartment. Definitely would stay again if the need arises. "

"This was my first VRBO booking so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Murray went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and items to make your stay as relaxing as possible. There was an entire collection of pots, pans, and cutlery. He thought of everything, from the little creamers to add to your coffee to new toothbrushes in the bathroom if you needed them. It was all very well thought through. "

"Luxe Condo was fantastic. Plenty of room for three married couples and accommodations were great. Centrally located in downtown area with access to parking garage for day trips. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Had a great, memorable stay and would stay here again. Owners were helpful and easily accessible. "

"Avoid this hotel. I informed the front desk at check-in that I’d be paying on checkout and would need a receipt in my company’s name. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. But at checkout, they refused to issue the receipt. When I asked for the manager, they were called but didn’t show up or respond. I had to leave to catch a flight, and the issue was left unresolved. Unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly not customer-focused."

"Hotel novo, bem localizado, quarto confortável e café da manhã honesto. Porém pessoal d recepção EXTRA confuso com débitos no cartão de crédito que somos obrigados a deixar como garantia. A princípio a Recepção pré lança US$ 25 como garantia no seu cartão ai depois somos surpreendidos com outros lançamentos e temos que perder tempo explicando que são indevidos!!!! No meu caso houveram além dos $ 25, mais 02 lançamentos indevidos e mesmo comunicando e a recepção dizendo que o supervisor iria estornar um dos lançamentos permaneceu!!!! Dor de cabeça!!!!"
