"This is a cute, walk up apartment which is really quiet even though it’s between two restaurants. There is also a Walgreens next door and there is a Kroger a 15-minute walk away through a cute neighborhood to grab coffee/food supplies. There are a large number of restaurants along the street. However, all but two are closed on Mondays (as far as we could tell). So if you plan to eat downtown or in Nulu do it on a Monday! I would certainly stay here again. "

"It was so adorable and a great location!"

"Very nice apartment near the NuLu district. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Free parking which was great too. Somewhat confusing on my credit card statement, since they charged twice for half the amount. Total was fine, but confusing. "

"The owner was lovely. It was my first time doing something besides a hotel and she kindly answered all my questions. They had farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Super cozy and homey. Like being a grandmas house. we had an amazing time. "

"Clean cozy apartment in a beautiful historic building, will totally stay again next time were in town! Super convenient location can walk anywhere downtown. Communication with host was great. We used underground onsite parking which was convenient, however not really meant for a full sized truck :)"

"This charming home accommodated 2 couples and 4 children ages 15, 13, 12, and 4 beautifully. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 upstairs. The bathrooms are located in the hall on both floors making them easily accessible to everyone. The backyard was our gathering spot at night to wind down. Also we loved that we could all sit around the table! If you have a little one you may consider bringing a gate for the steps. We were in town for the state fair and the location was perfect. We...

"Beautiful antique home right next to the action (bars and restaurants). We had a great time on our guys trip"

"The house is a pleasure to stay at, modern interior amenities with plenty of provisions provided. The sauna and hot tub were perfect as well. However many of the exterior components are rapidly aging, we were only able to get one of the propane fires started, none of my bachelor party found the pool desirable, no basketballs were provided and all balls for bucketpong were popped and there is currently construction of an apartment right next to the house. "Lovely place close to Central Park in Old Louisville. Garden area needed a bit of weeding to match photos. Shower rod in down bath was sagging. But overall clean and a good choice for a family. "

"Prior to check in, the host was very easy to get a hold of and they made the process very smooth for us. The property was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. The location was perfect for what we were there to do. We appreciate the hospitality! "

"Avoid this hotel. I informed the front desk at check-in that I’d be paying on checkout and would need a receipt in my company’s name. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. But at checkout, they refused to issue the receipt. When I asked for the manager, they were called but didn’t show up or respond. I had to leave to catch a flight, and the issue was left unresolved. Unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly not customer-focused."

"Hotel novo, bem localizado, quarto confortável e café da manhã honesto. Porém pessoal d recepção EXTRA confuso com débitos no cartão de crédito que somos obrigados a deixar como garantia. A princípio a Recepção pré lança US$ 25 como garantia no seu cartão ai depois somos surpreendidos com outros lançamentos e temos que perder tempo explicando que são indevidos!!!! No meu caso houveram além dos $ 25, mais 02 lançamentos indevidos e mesmo comunicando e a recepção dizendo que o supervisor iria estornar um dos lançamentos permaneceu!!!! Dor de cabeça!!!!"
