"Great staff, couldn’t do enough including one lending me his phone cable. Reasonably priced accommodation and food. Beautiful setting near Beamish museum. Large comfy bed, bath robes, bottled water and teabag’s etc. Shower grouting could do with a clean but good pressure. Very shallow washbasin which splashed you when the taps turned on if you’re not aware of it. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff were really friendly but there was no property owned parking so had to park across the road in a public car park. The bed was large and comfortable with good quality linen. We were given a special access room on the ground floor but we were looking forward to a bath in the room which is what I thought we had booked but not a major issue but if you are booking you may want to make them aware if you want a bath rather than wet room.
