"This property was great for our one night need! Basic amenities of refrigerator, microwave, AND most important, Keurig Coffee maker! Slept 5. Very clean and neat. Great communication with owner!"

"Pros: Very nice unit and building, generally comfortable, check in was easy, gated parking and brita filter provided was nice. Pans and stove for cooking worked well.Cons: Unit was entered multiple times with no heads up or clarity with things left that I had to clean up. Strange smell in one of the bedrooms, seemingly to come on and off, possibly related to plumbing. Strange BO-like smell in the couch. Second bedroom had no issues. "The front door was poor - lacked paint and appeal. Lving room lighting was very poor with only a weak table and floor lamp. Bathroom floor was old, worn and unclean. (Poor sink drainage was corrected by host.) Bathroom mirror/cabinet is too high for short people. The ktchen was the unit's best feature - clean, well lit and properly stocked. It is a very good location on South Hill."

"This property was AMAZING!! Rocky was very easy to reach about the couple problems we did have and they were quickly resolved. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was wonderful, the property was absolutely beautiful with wonderful river access, plus there’s an extremely sociable cat, Mittens that wonders the property and kept us great company during our stay. I cannot recommend this property enough for your stay, and we’ll defining be staying here again when we go back to Spokane."
