"Clean apartment, great location"

"The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included. Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. "appartement bine aménagé idéalement situ é à proximité du centre ville et du lac"

"Truly lovely apartment. Met all of our needs, with maybe the exception of AC, but we knew that going in. The terrace was probably our favorite part. Absolutely loved our visit to Annecy and this apartment and location made it even better."

"Wonderful property! Very clean and spacious. So close to the train station and great restaurants"

"Not as advertised. No laundry machine, no balcony, communication was extremely difficult."

"Superbe séjour très bien situé "

"The apartment was great - clean, with everything you need. Location was excellent and close to restaurants and shops. The Old Town was beautiful. "

"Good and clean property, great location right in the heart of Old Annecy. 10 min walking distance to everything. Communication with host was slow for replies but overall good stay."

"Location was great. Air conditioning was amazing. The black-out blinds were super helpful. It wasn’t great that there was no laundry detergent. Why provide a washing machine if you’re not going to provide at least a small amount of detergent (which costs maybe 1). Shower is small but that’s pretty standard in Europe."

"Très bon séjour dans cet appartement.Il est idéalement placé près du lac avec des possibilités pour se garer.L appartement est très agréable."

"Appartement impeccable. Très agréable, au calme et très bien situé . Avec une vue magnifique. L appartement est très bien équipé avec en prime une belle déco. Je recommande et je reviendrai avec plaisir. "

"Appartement très agréable calme, décoré avec gout et très proche d'Annecy"

"Appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel pour un week-end au mois de frevrier"

"Amazing location right in the middle of the old town. Nice layout. They aren’t joking about the sketchy stairway but it is sturdy, you must be careful. Unfortunately the fans didn’t work during this hot week but the evenings were a bit cooler. Communication is difficult since it is another company that manages the property. A bit frustrating."

"Bien placé avec accès rapide au centre ville. Confortable et bien équipé. On reviendra."

"We depaysant . Appart bien situé . Tres pratique acces . Commodites à proximite. Lac et centre ville proche. Propre. Fidele annonce.Manque de communication en amont mais procedure arrivee la veille .tres bien. Vrai escape game ! "
