The apartment is located in the Albigny neighbourhood. A neighbourhood with both a village atmosphere and yet very lively.

You will also find all the local shops: two bakeries (including Pan and Gato above the apartment, probably the best in Annecy! Butcher, The cheesemonger the Creamery of the Lake recommended for its raclette cheese, Casino Supermarket and Bio Supermarket, a florist and a pharmacy.

On the restaurant side: The Imperial Palace, the Majestic, a creperie, a wine bar and also the Oxo which transforms into a dance bar at night.



2 minutes' walk from the lake, Albigny beach. You will find bike rentals, mini golf and ice cream vendors.
