Guest Access & Property Amenities

As our guest, you have full access to the entire property, including:

- Hiking Trails– Explore scenic trails that wind through the landscape.
- Smoky Mountain Peace Pagoda– Follow the signs to reach the mountain summit.
- Mercantile Building– Open at all times for guests firewood, fire, starters farm fresh eggs when available and snacks. WIFI available
- Swimming in the Pond– The water stays refreshingly cold year-round—perfect for a quick dip!
- Catch & Release Fishing– Enjoy fishing in the pond, with a catch-and-release policy.
- Laundry Access– Available upon request. Let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange a time for you to use it. Wash and dryer is $5 per load

Guest Interaction
We respect your privacy but are always here if you need us! You’ll have the cabin to yourself, but we’re just a message or call away for anything you need—whether it’s local tips, extra firewood, or help with the hot tub. Our team is nearby and happy to assist to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The sleeping area is located in a cozy loft space, accessible by a ladder. It adds to the rustic charm of the cabin, but may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please use caution when climbing up or down. The cabin is designed for a simple, peaceful stay close to nature.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pond and firepit.

• Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area or going to bed.
• No fireworks unless approved in advance.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when not in use.
• Conserve water and electricity whenever possible.
• Respect Quiet Hours 🤫
• Quiet hours are from 10pm– 7:00 AM.
• Please be mindful of other guests or neighbors nearby.

• No overnight visitors beyond the registered number of guests.
