"Kitchen was minimally equipped but had what we needed. It was clean and had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. It is an older building and could be maintained maybe a little better. But it suited our needs. Parking is okay. I did have to contact the owner to have them clear the spot designated for our unit but it only took five minutes. It had limited sources for heat so it was a bit chilly at first. For the price it was a good value. "

"When we arrived at the location the unit was not cleaned. I immediately contacted the host by VRBO. The first call back I received was from the house cleaner. I was there with my children and had to immediately call hotels to find a place to stay for the night since it was already 6:30 PM and no one answered my initial call and the house cleaner was not able to clean until Saturday morning. The nightly rate for the hotel was more money than the nightly rate for the VRBO due to the last minute...

"My husband and I (plus our Great Dane) had a delightful stay at this property! The check-in and check-out processes were effortless and the host was very communicative. The location of this property is in a serene, rural suburb of Spokane with easy access to all sorts of activities and attractions. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. A helpful note to future guests: the only sink is located in the bathroom, so keep that in mind for dishwashing purposes. We would stay here again and...

"Clean, organized, and just the perfect space for 2 people. Has laundry if you need, and a good price. Only downside is no backyard space or grill, would’ve been nice. Overall: 4.5/5, would stay again, maybe in the upstairs section for the private outdoor space with a grill"
