"This 2-bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. It was steps from Long Beach and a short walk to Good Harbor. Friends could park at one of two close-by lots. The one bathroom was a slight challenge for all 6 of us, but we knew that going in, so it wasn't a surprise. Lucas was easy to connect with and the check-in/check-out process was easy. "

"Only I can complain about is parking. Impossible on a Sunday afternoon got A 50 ticket while moving our stuff into the place. SHAME on Rockport for exploiting the elderly! METER PERSON"

"This property was so nice! Within walking distance of shops and dining in downtown Beverly. Very quiet, and SUPER clean. The bedrooms had window AC units, which I did not need to use. The property was compact, but large enough for me to spread out my yoga mat (a high priority for me). Two large bedrooms with VERY comfortable king-sized beds. The host was very nice and super courteous. I would definitely recommend this property!"

"I took my roommate Beth of 9 years and her best friend Corey who both have intellectual disabilities and some mobility issues. We required a first floor easy access place to stay. The location was great. The space was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Communications with the owners was spot on and we had a great stay. I will definitely book here again in the future."

"The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach. We could have walked to Salem for the shipping but was too hot. We found it close to Salem so...

"Ocean Breeze was, indeed, a breeze. Easy check in and check out procedures. The rental was very clean and tidy with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and nice touches in every room. Appliances are well maintained and the kitchen area and provisions were just what we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and relaxing and a short walk to Good Harbor Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"We and our dog stayed in the small one room suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed along with a dog bed! The location is in the heart of charming Newburyport yet quiet. We will be back. "
