-Must add pets to reservation. Pet fee is charged for additional cleaning. Any damage to furniture will incur an additional fee at replacement cost. No pets allowed on furniture.

- Maximum of 2 pets allowed.

-Provide accurate number of overnight guests and ensure that amount is reflected in your reservation. If the guest count is not accurate upon check-in, additional charges may occur.

-Must agree to additional cleaning on stays lasting 60+ days. Unit should be cleaned once per month at $150 per occurrence. An additional fee will be collected via AirBnB at time of booking.

-No Smoking/vaping, ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE is $250

-Lost Keys/ Key Fob is $75 replacement fee.
