This unit has a great south facing balcony ocean view overlooking the pool. This well maintained unit has a TV in the living room and master bedroom. Hacienda del Sol 2 subscribes to Cable HD so you can watch most shows in Hi Definition. There is a coin operated laundry room on the same floor near the unit.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.

Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control.
