***PLEASE NOTE*** You will have access to ONE SMALL parking space in the garage. Your vehicle MUST fit within the lines on either side of the space, and cannot hang out past the end of those painted lines either. If your vehicle violates these rules, the building management WILL TOW YOU! They are very strict about this! Compact/Standard size vehicles should be fine, but you won't be able to park a mid or full-size truck or SUV in there. If your vehicle does not fit in the space as mentioned above, you MUST park elsewhere outside of the building. There is a paid lot next door and metered street parking in the area. Both can be paid via an app. Street parking is metered, with the meters active Monday - Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. These times could change at any time, so please pay attention to signage. We cannot provide any refunds if your vehicle does not fit within the garage space, and there will be no refunds or reimbursement if your vehicle is towed due to violation of these rules. If you are in doubt, it's best to plan to park elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON SITE (even on the balcony)- there are many full time residents at this property and because of that we are extremely strict about smoking rules. Smoking must be done anywhere outside of the front doors of the property. We do not allow smoking on the balcony, around the pool area or anywhere else on site.
**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. *** 1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their airbnb profile.
2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more. We also have a washer and dyer on site for your convenience.
5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Additionally, smoking on the building grounds is strictly prohibited. Please smoke outside of the property.
6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be asked to leave and charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, Airbnb has specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from Airbnb.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
10. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. Both the owner and staff have pet allergies. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units.
11. The building will not hold your luggage for early or late check outs. Please do not ask.
12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. Trash needs to be thrown away in the trash chute at the end of the hall.
17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.
18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through Airbnb after your additional time has been approved.
19. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.
20. Unfortunately guest are not allowed on the rooftop deck. Please use courtyard area near the pool for outside space.
21. Any damage to the building, equipment or Common Elements caused by a you or your guest shall be repaired at the expense of you.
22. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee. This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.
