This are boast the most hiking trails in NH! Walking distance to many great restaurants! We have a staircase to lead you to a gorgeous part of the Pemigawsett River in the back. Relax in our heated indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool. Enjoy our hot tub, sauna, gameroom, great room and Laundry!

HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving
